The third home was delivered during the month of November which was placed on the south side of the first duplex.  Once Matt and his crew finish up the roof at Midwest Glass, they will begin framing the garage at that first duplex.  We still anticipate receiving three more homes prior to next spring; but, due to the cold temperatures, we will hold off on pouring the footings and foundations for the fourth duplex until the ground thaws in the spring.
