Delivery of the first 2 homes occurred in the third week of October allowing Matt and his crew to form and pour the rest of the foundation walls for the second duplex along with the back garage foundation wall of the third duplex.  After the homes were placed, they were anchored to the foundation wall, crawlspace access was cut in the floor of the homes, and access panels were fabricated.  A punch list was created for each of the 2 homes listing some interior and exterior items that need attention.  Electrical underground on the west side was completed, and when the dirt pile is moved, it will be completed on the east side.  Matt and his crew have completed as much work as they can until the next 2 homes are delivered, which is unknown at this time.
