During the month of April a lot of final finish work was been completed. The flooring in the exercise room and teen room was completed.  The gym floor and line painting was completed.  Safety wall pads in the gym were installed. And final MEP testing and balancing.  At the end of April we achieved substantial completion and are now wrapping up in to the punch list phase.   Great job to Nick and crew and all our subs for keeping on track and completing ahead of schedule.
