Team involvement with owners, architects, engineers, and other building professionals
Design-Build (DB) is a project delivery method which combines architectural and engineering design services with construction performance under one contract agreement. This method provides a single point of responsibility for the design and construction of a project, instead of design and construction working separately.
DB can provide significant cost and time savings for owners. The owner only has to deal with one entity, the DB team, and not each one separately. We have over 30 years of experience with the DB process. When the designer and the contractor are members of the same team, the lines of communication are short and direct, making the building process more efficient. DB enhances the opportunity for improved coordination between the designers and constructors, more efficient and constructible designs, economies of time and cost, and a potentially greater overall team approach.

- Collaboration with municipal authorities for permitting, and approval and support of special permit applications
- Completion of Detailed Design for construction
- Supply at risk general contracting services for project construction including project management and on site superintendent
- Plan and schedule overall project prior to mobilization
