The footings and foundations are nearing their completion with just the stoops left to complete. Backfilling of the footings and foundations is ongoing. The utilities for the project have been installed and are complete. The plumbing underground has started and will continue until it is complete. Once the plumbing underground is complete, the crew will begin prepping the floors to be poured. The goal is to get the floors poured by the 1st of the year. Once the floors are poured, the crew will then begin setting structural steel and steel stud framing. The project is a week behind schedule due to the weather.
