The shell of the building is almost complete. The crew has been busy finishing all the exterior roof and wall sheathing and completing the interior walls. In the next week or so, the subs will begin their rough-ins. The crew will start the steel roofing and wall panels while the interior rough-ins get completed. The EPDM roof over the gym area will also begin soon along with the remaining concrete left to complete in the gym area. The project is almost back on schedule. Great job to the crew as the project was 6 weeks behind schedule due to the winter temps and the concrete work. Now with the rough-ins starting soon, the project is back on schedule. Great job to Chris and crew for being super productive while getting the building framed and sheathed.
