Mills Construction partnered with ID8 Architecture to design and build this new 52,500 square foot addition to the existing Millborn Seeds doubling their warehouse size. In addition, a 2,000sf scale-house was built. The site and building were planned to provide for growth of the business with an additional phase as needed in time.
