The interior of this building was in need of a remodel as it had not been touched since it was built in the 60’s. The transformation is amazing. The lab areas are now fully state-of-the-art with fume hoods, cold rooms, sterilizers, and many other components that make these labs on the cutting edge of lab technology. Many special construction details needed to be met to complete these labs including stainless steel ductwork and new exhaust fans on the roof. Once finished, anyone re-entering the building for the first time would not believe they were in the same Berg Ag building. It was great to see life breathed back into this building.
