Level 3 carpet has been installed in the hallways and is now awaiting appliances and the punch walk. On Level 2, cabinets and countertops are complete, and the stairwell walls are nearly finished—only the south stairwell remains. Finishes are coming together quickly, with Level 2 catching up to Level 3. On Level 1, apartment painting is done, and flooring is set to begin soon. The garage is about 75% drywalled, adding to overall finish progress. Outside, the canopies are complete, allowing siding to continue around them. The Main Avenue sidewalk has been 75% poured and will tie into the patio at the southeast corner, which is now finished.
