Town Houses – Darin and crew have all exterior wood framing of every 4-plex and the 2-plex. The housewrap is being installed on the exterior of every building, followed by windows and exterior doors in the next couple of weeks. Interior framing is ongoing, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing subcontractors have started their rough-ins. April will include completion of all interior framing, completion of MEP rough-in, and start of insulation and drywall installation.

Mixed-Use Building – Structural steel has been completed. The crew has grouted the base plates underneath the steel columns while they wait for the concrete core floor planks to arrive. The crane is set up and the first core floor planks are going to be set Monday, 4/8. This process will continue for about 3 weeks and will be followed by pouring a 3” topping slab on top of the core floor. Greg and Dave have done a great job putting forth the effort to make sure the crew is prepped for the work that is about to occur and are all aware of their respective tasks and safety measures.
