The project consisted of 8,700sf engineered wood framed space on slab on grade warehouse building. It included 6,900sf of open warehouse storage space and a 1,800sf loading dock area with two loading bays. The interior consisted of steel ceiling, fire sprinkler throughout, blow in insulation, with OSB walls. The exterior surfaces included commercial doors and windows, canopies with dry sprinkler system, brick wainscot and corners, steel siding with asphalt shingles. Also included is a restroom, storage room, fire/sprinkler room and mechanical room. The building sits on a corner lot to allow truck deliveries and full parking lot. This is an upscale warehouse with a lot of style and class.
