A substantial amount of work was completed during the month of November allowing the final walkthrough to be completed on most items.  With the completion of the 10” interior floor slab, the remainder of the metal liner panel was installed, and the exterior concrete was formed and poured.  The rest of the topsoil was placed with the expectation that the landscaping would be completed next spring.  Aside from electrical, most of the subcontractor work was completed from installing glass in the hollow metal doors to setting fans and louvers to installing plumbing fixtures.  The electrician was able to set up temporary power for lights and heat so the floor sealant can be completed in the next month or so.  After which, the electrician will be working to accommodate the addition for temporary occupancy until permanent occupancy can be achieved potentially in June of next year.
