A new Casey’s convenience store and gas station was built at the corner of 57th Street and Nevada in Sioux Falls. This project also included installation of two 30,000 gallon fuel tanks, 8 fuel pumps, and a deceleration lane on 57th Street. The deceleration lane consisted of removing the existing curb and gutter, relocating existing utilities that were in our way, and paving 6,000 square feet of 8″ thick asphalt. The store was built our of pre-assembled wood wall panels and wood trusses. The interior finished included ACT and tile floors with tile and painted sheetrocked walls.
