This project consisted of an 8,772 SF Mini Storage Building with 17 – 12’x28’ units and 19 – 10’x15’ units it also included a small office and additional small storage unit. This was a wood framed building built on 4’ foundation walls which stepped down in the middle to accommodate the slope of the lot.
