This project was a remodel of a former lower level commercial space into two efficiency apartments. Removal of a stairwell allowed for two more efficiency apartments on the first and second floor. The lower level apartments are 460 SF and 685 SF of living space. Each apartment has one large main room including the kitchen, living room, and bedroom. There is a separate room for the bathroom and laundry area. The stair apartments are 308 SF and have the same type of open layout configuration with the addition of a storage closet in the main hallway of the building.
