This building was originally constructed as a hotel, circa 1900. The main portion of the building is a 3-story, wood framed structure with a masonry veneer exterior. There is a 2-story west wing. The building was remodeled to use as a thrift store and to house re-entry students. Remodel consisted of all new interior finishes, mechanical, and electrical systems as well as a number of exterior improvements.
