This project consisted of 2 parts. The first part being the interior remodel which consisted of removing the existing acoustical ceilings, removing the existing flooring, and a complete HVAC upgrade along with new plumbing lines and toilets. The second part was the exterior remodel. We removed the brick, siding, and exterior gypsum to get down to the steel studs. We then installed new exterior gypsum, nailbase insulation, spray on air barrier, new masonry, and Hardie siding.
