This wood frame commercial building is designed for office space with 4’ concrete foundation, wood trusses, steel stucco exterior and steel standing seam roof. The building contains 3 commercial spaces with restrooms for each. The exterior includes steel stucco panels for siding, standing seam roof panels on the front side and shingles on the rear side. The exterior includes an asphalt parking lot for 30 vehicles, landscaping and a lawn sprinkler system. The interior of each space was completed with drywall walls and acoustical ceilings ready for tenant finishes.
