The project included a 72,000 square foot manufacturing facility with an interior mezzanine along with a 9,500 square foot 3-story office addition that has a large glass curtain wall entry, luxury finishes, and owner garages. The exterior includes many large parking lots, loading docks, storm sewer and a pond. The project received honorable mention in American Buildings Excellence in Design Awards.
