This project included a complete renovation of both the exterior and interior of the building, retrofitting the existing Brookings Mall for professional office, retail, and common space. It is complete with a name change, becoming the Eastside Commons. Mills Construction also completed finishes for some of the businesses inside including: Anytime Fitness, Epic Nutrition, Nail City, and Sake Hibachi & Sushi.
