This second floor apartment remodel above Hitch in downtown Brookings was a great project. The unique modernization project included 5 efficiency units which showcase how living in a smaller space can work when it is designed and built to be efficient! The innovative work of our design/build team helped the building owners realize their vision of preserving this downtown building for the next 50 years! Work included exterior brick restoration on the front and south façade, replacing exterior windows, a new membrane roof, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, sheetrock, flooring and cabinets.
