This new building was constructed using structural steel frame and a bar joist roof system. Exterior walls are insulated structural steel studs with dens-glass and an EIFS exterior finish. Roofing is a 60-mil EPDM rubber. All windows and doors are aluminum with 1” Low E insulated glass. Mills Construction’s portion of the project was all concrete work and the exterior shell. The space includes an enclosed patio as well as an open patio.
