The PEOPLE
Our employees are our most important asset. The president, on-staff architect, four project managers, purchasing agent/selections consultant, accountant/HR representative and executive assistant staff our main office. Eight job superintendents and approximately thirty-three field crew employees man the field.
HISTORY
Mills Construction has been in business in eastern South Dakota for over 60 years, since 1949. Although the company’s emphasis in the early years was to build homes for the Brookings community, the company’s scope and expertise has grown to encompass many different types of construction. Now a full-service general contracting firm, Mills Construction has built a solid reputation by constructing high quality projects that meet client expectations, always striving to provide the best value for the client.
